Client Support

Your website has automatic software and security updates included within your Wix subscription, so unlike most other platforms, you do not require an additional expensive monthly maintenance fee. Instead, we charge for additional work and support on a pay-as-you-go basis. This is a significantly lower cost solution for most clients. You also have basic support available from Wix as part of your subscription.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 08.30 to 16.00. We are closed for bank holidays. During office hours we aim to respond as quickly as possible but always within 1 working day. Outside of office hours, you can leave a message an we will respond within 1 working day. WhatsApp is for messaging only.

Job Request

If you need any additional work on your website, please click on the link to complete the job request form. Once received, we will provide you with a quote or estimate within 2 working days. Support Request

If you have an issue on your website, please click on the link to complete the support request form. Support requests are prioritised in order of urgency. Typically, urgent requests are investigated within one working day and non-urgent requests are investigated within one week.

There is a £30 fee to cover the following:​

  • We will investigate the issue and, if can be fixed within 20 minutes, we will fix it. Most issues can be fixed within this timeframe.

  • If the issue cannot be fixed within this timeframe, we will provide a quote for the work. If you proceed with the work, we will credit the support fee against the quote. We will always provide you with different options based on a balance between cost, design and functionality.

  • If this issue needs to be reported to Wix as a bug, we will raise a priority support ticket and manage this on your behalf. As a Legend Level Wix Partner, we have priority access to the Wix, Editor X and Wix Studio support teams as well as the specific product teams.

Training and Guidance

If you would like to learn about any aspect of Wix, Editor X or Wix Studio you can book a 60 minute one-to-one training and guidance session. This session is charged at £90. For group training and guidance, please message us for a quote.
